Location: 24 Colonnade Road, Ottawa ON (Free parking on site)
Schedule: Daytime, Monday to Friday
Starting Salary: $58,000/year
Commissionaires Ottawa is looking for a Coordinator, Digital Content and Marketing Operations to support the day-to-day execution of digital content, internal communications, and marketing workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where coordination, accuracy, and follow-through matter. You will play a key role in ensuring content is published on time, workflows are managed effectively, and the team’s execution runs smoothly across multiple priorities
Some of your responsibilities include…
- Publish and update website and intranet content in line with approved messaging and priorities
- Post and maintain job ads, career content, and internal competition notices
- Support social media scheduling and day-to-day content deployment
- Build and deploy email communications and digital updates
- Coordinate internal communications such as announcements and employee updates
- Ensure content accuracy, formatting consistency, accessibility, and overall quality control
- Support campaign execution by preparing assets, coordinating updates, and tracking progress
- Maintain trackers, dashboards, distribution lists, and operational documentation
- Coordinate workflows, approvals, and timelines across internal teams and external partners
- Act as a central point of coordination to keep content and campaigns moving efficiently
- Support recruitment-related content updates in collaboration with HR and hiring managers
- Identify workflow gaps or bottlenecks and contribute to process improvements

What You Bring
- 2 to 4 years of experience in digital content coordination, marketing operations, communications, or a related role
- Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, digital media, administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience working with websites, intranet platforms, email tools, or social media scheduling tools
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Strong written communication skills and comfort working with formatted content
- Ability to follow structured processes while remaining flexible and solution-oriented
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and managing approvals or requests
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, trackers, and shared documentation
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and digital content best practices is an asset
- Must be eligible for and able to obtain and maintain a Government of Canada Secret security clearance
