Job Description:Job Description – Business Consultant (Change Management + Cloud + Digital Marketing)
We are looking for a dynamic Business Consultant with strong experience in Change Management, Cloud Transformation, and Digital Marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to drive digital transformation programs, cloud adoption strategies, and organizational change initiatives.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support organizational change management initiatives for digital and cloud transformation programs.
- Collaborate with business, marketing, and technology teams to define transformation roadmaps.
- Drive stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training, and user adoption activities.
- Support cloud transformation projects across platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Work with digital marketing teams on customer engagement, campaign transformation, and marketing technology initiatives.
- Conduct impact assessments, readiness assessments, and change adoption analysis.
- Facilitate workshops, business process discussions, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and business alignment.
- Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and executive updates.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Change Management and Organizational Transformation.
- Experience working on Cloud transformation or Cloud migration programs.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing concepts and marketing technologies.
- Knowledge of stakeholder management, communication planning, and training strategies.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Excellent communication and consulting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Martech platforms, CRM, or customer experience initiatives.
- Certifications in Change Management, Cloud, or Agile are preferred.
