Head of People (HR)

As the HR Manager at Collective Cuisines in Chennai, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's growth by being a People Builder. • Owning the hiring process across all levels, from kitchen staff to corporate positions

• 36 years of hands-on HR experience

• Ability to switch between policy writing and engaging in one-on-one conversations

• Previous experience in the hospitality or F&B industry would be advantageous
