Senior User Experience (UX) Designer

As a Designer in this role, you will be directly responsible for establishing and driving the creative vision of projects. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, the project team, and leads to create user interface renderings and specifications. Your main duties will include executing and delivering creative design deliverables, mentoring and managing fellow team members, and taking on higher responsibilities as they arise.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human-Computer Interaction or a relevant field
• 4 to 6 years or more of professional experience in user experience
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Experience with conceptual design, creative prototypes, tactical UI design, and implementation
• Strong portfolio showcasing work on enterprise applications, online websites, and mobile apps
• Knowledge of UX design best practices, trends, and techniques
• Familiarity with various user research techniques, design evaluation, and usability testing
• Hands-on experience in Design for Hand-Held Devices, Responsive Web Design, and Accessibility
• Ability to define Information Architecture & Sitemaps, personas, task flows, and task analysis
• Proficiency in creating qualitative and quantitative evaluation reports on existing applications/sites
• Hands-on experience with wireframe tools such as PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
• Experience with iRise, Axure is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively with client/project teams to understand user/design requirements
• Define and evolve comprehensive UX design specifications
• Effective communication of user experience, methods, and rationale
• Articulate aesthetic and visual design principles
• HFI Certification will be considered a plus
