Junior Account Executive - Fresher

As a Junior Account Executive at CodeGama Pvt. Ltd. in Bengaluru, your role will involve maintaining and updating financial records, invoices, and expense reports. You will assist in preparing various financial reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Your responsibilities will also include handling data entry and reconciliation of accounts, supporting accounts payable and receivable processes, preparing and maintaining MIS reports using Excel, assisting in payroll data preparation, and coordinating with internal teams for financial data and documentation. It will be crucial for you to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records.

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis)
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with accounting tools (optional)
• Ability to handle large datasets in Excel
• Basic knowledge of GST/TDS is an added advantage
