Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a creative all-rounder who can both design and write. You’ll be handling the complete content cycle for our clients — from coming up with post ideas, writing captions, designing visuals, to scheduling and publishing. If you’re someone who thinks in both words and visuals, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Design

• Social media posts, stories, reels covers, and carousels for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Ad creatives for Meta Ads and Google Display campaigns
• Branding materials — logos, color palettes, brand kits for new clients
• Digital brochures, flyers, and WhatsApp marketing creatives

Content

• Write captions, hooks, and copy for social media posts
• Plan monthly content calendars for multiple clients
• Come up with content ideas based on the client’s industry and audience
• Write basic ad copy for Meta and Google campaigns
• Adapt tone and style per brand — a real estate client sounds different from a fashion boutique

Requirements

Must Have

• Proficiency in Canva
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator
• Strong writing skills in English — and ideally Tamil or Tanglish for local clients
• Ability to plan and execute a content calendar independently
• Can manage multiple client accounts without losing brand consistency

Good to Have

• Basic video editing using CapCut or Premiere Pro
• Understanding of Instagram algorithm, hashtags, and what performs well
• Experience writing for different industries — real estate, fashion, lifestyle, etc.
