Pay Range:

The pay offered for this position is determined based on the candidate's experience and is set in the range of $18.00 to $22.70 per hour

Schedule:

Between Monday and Thursday, our doors are open for business from 3:30 in the afternoon until 2:00 in the morning for customers to come and visit

Job Overview:

The Picker Packer's role in a Seasonal Automated Warehouse is critical in fulfilling customer orders efficiently. They must use a pick ticket or computer to gather the necessary goods and put them on the assigned conveyor or pallet safely, accurately, and efficiently while meeting safety, accuracy, and efficiency objectives established by the company.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To be an assistant in an automated environment, you must possess excellent multitasking skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions while utilizing cutting-edge machinery, software, and computers to aid in item selection and sorting. You function effectively while following all of CCCI's safety protocols and procedures in a noisy and time-critical environment.
• Collaboratively establishes dependable and effective warehouse procedures.
• Shows versatility in meeting the demands of the job by keeping up-to-date with the complexities of working in various areas within the organization, including Flow Rack, Pallet Pick, Semi-Automated Lanes, and HQS, and accomplishing the minimum performance benchmarks for each area.
• Your role is to contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse, which includes maintaining a clean and tidy work area and attending to spills and messes quickly while taking into account all waste removal and recycling procedures.
• Implements careful, accurate, and efficient systems for managing warehouse inventory, with the aim of limiting shrinkage to acceptable levels.
• Acts as a valuable team member in ensuring the optimal operation of a warehouse in a continuously evolving environment by completing miscellaneous activities as directed.
