Job Overview:

3rd Shift Position Calls for Openness to Changing Hours 12:30am-9am

The Manufacturing Materials Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring that raw materials are available when needed for production. This position is responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of raw materials, maintaining records, reconciling inventory, and working with department supervisors to ensure that everything runs smoothly and on time.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• This position involves reconciling inventory figures every day, investigating and correcting any discrepancies, assisting in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end inventory counts, and being accountable for all raw materials required for planned production
• Cooperates with the Corporate Scheduler to make sure that the required raw materials for the production plan are present and communicates any rescheduling to the appropriate members of the plant staff
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with Transportation and suppliers to ensure that raw materials are delivered on time and coordinated with the production schedule through close collaboration and strong communication
• This individual acts as a watchdog for safety, quality, and environmental standards, ensuring that the production team is always operating in accordance with these guidelines
• Confirms details provided to production departments to establish adherence to specifications, graphics, ingredient replacements, and novel creations
• Undertakes qualification runs to certify novel raw materials and works collaboratively with vendors, technicians, and internal auditors to ensure that the quality and safety of products and procedures align with the ISO standards

As technology continues to evolve and industries become increasingly specialized, the importance of continuously expanding one's knowledge, skills, and abilities cannot be overstated

• Multiple 25-pound lifts performed daily as part of a regular routine
• Choosing to climb stairs repeatedly each day
• Performing standing and walking tasks for a period not exceeding 4 hours on a daily basis
• The aptitude to handle or develop skills in utilizing a forklift and achieve a forklift accreditation afterwards
• Working 50% in the office and 50% in the plant can lead to prolonged sitting, which is a potential health risk
• The plant setting undergoes temperature differences intermittently
• The regular hours of business are observed from 3 am until 12:30 pm
• The obligation to spend one weekend day every month persists for the entire year, without exception
• Any professional with extensive experience in SAP, MS Office, and Windows can bring a great deal of value to their workplace
• Adapting to changing circumstances and being able to work under tight deadlines are fundamental abilities for success
