Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hoode for a General Dentist. The General Dentist is responsible for conducting dental examinations, diagnosing oral conditions, and providing treatments such as cleanings, fillings, root canals, and extractions. Additional responsibilities include advising on oral health practices, developing customized treatment plans, supervising dental hygienists, and maintaining detailed patient records. The role requires adherence to safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the health and comfort of patients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in performing dental examinations, diagnosing oral health conditions, and providing treatments such as fillings, root canals, and extractions.
• Skilled in patient education, consultation, and developing customized treatment plans.
• Knowledge of safety, infection control, and sterilization procedures in a clinical setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills to build trust and rapport with patients.
• Strong organizational skills to manage patient records and oversee hygienist-related duties.
• Bachelor's degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent, and a valid dental license to practice in Karnataka.
• Previous experience as a Dentist is preferred but not mandatory; new graduates are welcome to apply.
