We’re hiring skilled Forklift Operators for a busy distribution centre in Oakville. If you’re confident operating the Raymond Reach, this is a great opportunity to join a stable, well‑organized warehouse with consistent hours and a strong safety culture.
Afternoon shift available 12pm to 8:30pm

Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to transport goods within the warehouse.
- Perform order picking tasks accurately, ensuring that all items are selected according to customer specifications.
- RFP experience -- Zebra Scanners
- Pick full pallet orders as well as case picking orders
- Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory and managing stock levels.
- Conduct regular inspections of forklift equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety compliance.
- Assist in put away
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating forklifts, including Raymond Reach
- Prefer experience in Logistic companies, distribution centers
- Ability to pick orders in a timely manner with Zebra
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory management and order processing.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by the job.
- Familiarity with warehouse distribution processes and best practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Prior experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) is preferred but not mandatory.
