Role Overview:

You are a dynamic and strategic Head of Marketing & Lead Generation at CloudMoyo. Your main responsibilities include driving demand, strengthening brand equity, and enhancing enterprise communications across key markets. You will lead the marketing strategy and work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Leadership teams to achieve measurable business outcomes. Your role requires strategic thinking, revenue-focused initiatives, data-driven decision-making, and effective leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute a comprehensive global marketing and demand generation strategy aligned with revenue growth and brand positioning objectives.
  • Translate business priorities into integrated marketing plans across digital, field, partner, and account-based channels to drive measurable pipeline and customer acquisition.
  • Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing organization fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Establish clear KPIs and performance frameworks to track marketing effectiveness, optimize ROI, and ensure alignment with sales and business outcomes.
  • Drive multi-channel lead generation strategies across digital, outbound, events, and partnerships to generate high-quality MQLs and SQLs.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels such as LinkedIn, email, paid media, and webinars.
  • Own and optimize HubSpot for campaign execution, automation, and reporting to enhance lead nurturing, scoring, and lifecycle management.
  • Lead SEO, SEM, paid media, and website strategy to maximize traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Define and drive a comprehensive content strategy aligned with target buyer journeys and business priorities.
  • Own global events strategy including webinars, industry conferences, and partner events to drive pipeline and brand visibility.
  • Establish a data-driven marketing culture with a focus on analytics and performance tracking utilizing tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities and scale marketing efforts.
  • Continuously track industry trends, competitive positioning, and customer behavior to inform go-to-market strategy and strengthen positioning.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on demand generation and digital marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth and revenue impact in IT services/consulting organizations, preferably in hybrid Enterprise SaaS and IT services background.
  • Deep expertise in HubSpot Marketing & Sales Hub, automation, and CRM-driven marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, ABM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Experience managing global marketing campaigns, especially in US and European markets.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, Hotjar, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong leadership experience with the ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in Microsoft ecosystem marketing, MBA or equivalent qualification in Marketing/Business/Communications, exposure to marketing in fast-growing services, enterprise SaaS, or consulting environment, and passion for utilizing AI in marketing and demand gen.
