Software Developer - Salesforce (2-4 Years) Immediate Joiner

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to deliver scalable and high-quality CRM functionalities aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions
• Develop customizations using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (LWC/Aura)
• Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, and process automations
• Develop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Perform data migrations and maintain data integrity
• Troubleshoot bugs and optimize system performance
• Collaborate with Admins, Architects, and Business Teams
• Follow Salesforce best practices and governance standards

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL
• Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura
• Understanding of Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Experience with Flows / Process Automation
• Knowledge of Salesforce security & sharing model
• API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Git/version control familiarity
• Debugging and performance tuning skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
• Experience with third-party integrations
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Agile/Scrum experience

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Nice to Have

• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Data Cloud
• Knowledge of DevOps Center / SFDX
• Experience working in consulting/client-facing roles
