Sr. Power Platform Developer:

Senior Power Platform Developer to deliver hands-on design, configuration, and development of solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and related components.

Candidate shall ensure adherence to established best practices and support solution testing and deployment activities.

Candidate must possess a minimum of eight (8) years of software development experience, including at least three (3) years of direct experience developing complex solutions using the Power Platform. Demonstrated experience delivering Power Platform solutions in a public sector environment, as well as experience mentoring other technical resources, is required.

o Designing, configuring, and developing Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power Pages, Dataverse components, and integrations.

o Translating business requirements and technical designs into secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

o Implementing Power Platform best practices related to performance, security, environment management, and lifecycle management.

o Supporting solution testing activities, including unit testing, system testing, and defect resolution.

o Supporting deployment and release activities across development, test, and production environments.

o Contributing to technical documentation, including solution design artifacts, configuration details, and operational guidance.

o Collaborating with architects, Scrum Master, and other team members to ensure development activities align with overall solution design and sprint commitments.

o Identifying and resolving technical issues and contributing to root cause analysis.

o Mentoring junior or intermediate technical resources and supporting skill development within the team.

o Participating in code reviews and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices.

Senior Power Platform Technical Advisor / Architect:

Senior Power Platform Technical Advisor / Architect to deliver overall technical leadership, architectural direction, and design oversight for the solution.

Candidate must possess a minimum of fifteen (15) years of overall IT experience, including at least seven (7) years leading large, complex Power Platform and/or Dynamics implementations.

Candidate must also demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of experience delivering solutions for public sector clients. Prior experience working within, or in direct support of, projects will be considered an asset.

• Providing overall technical leadership and architectural governance for the Income Support solution, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and direction.
• Defining the end-to-end solution architecture, including application, data, integration, security, and environment strategies across the Power Platform and related Microsoft services.
• Reviewing and approving solution designs, technical approaches, and key architectural decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establishing and enforcing technical standards, patterns, and best practices for Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, and integrations.
• Providing oversight and guidance to development and delivery resources to ensure solution quality, scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Identifying technical risks, constraints, and dependencies, and proactively recommending mitigation strategies.
• Supporting deployment planning, environment management strategies, and release governance.
• Providing technical input into project planning, estimations, and delivery sequencing.
• Acting as the primary technical escalation point for complex design or implementation issues.
• Supporting knowledge transfer and capability building within internal teams, as required.

Power Platform Scrum Master:

Scrum Master responsible for establishing delivery discipline and providing leadership and structure to the project team through the effective application of Scrum and Agile methodologies.

Candidate must have extensive experience with DevOps practices and tooling, including the ability to leverage all relevant platform capabilities, and must provide mentoring and guidance to internal team members.

Candidate must possess a minimum of ten (10) years of IT experience, including at least five (5) years supporting large, complex Power Platform solutions, and a minimum of three (3) years of experience working with public sector clients.

• Establishing and maintaining Agile delivery practices in accordance with Scrum principles and the organization's delivery framework.
• Facilitating meetings, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coaching and mentoring project team members in Agile / Scrum practices, with a focus on continuous improvement and delivery predictability.
• Ensuring effective use of DevOps tooling to support backlog management, sprint execution, reporting, and delivery transparency.
• Removing or escalating impediments that may impact team progress, delivery timelines, or quality.
• Working closely with Product Owners, Technical Leads, and stakeholders to ensure priorities are clearly defined and understood.
• Monitoring team velocity, delivery metrics, and workflow health, and providing regular status and progress reporting.
• Promoting collaboration, accountability, and self organization within the team.
• Supporting alignment between Agile delivery practices and broader organizational governance and reporting requirements.
• Contributing to risk management, issue tracking, and dependency management activities.
