Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven sales professional who thrives in a target-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into business, driving revenue growth, and consistently achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Work aggressively on assigned leads and generate new business opportunities
Convert prospects into clients through strong follow-ups and relationship building
Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → closure
Coordinate with customers, clients, and internal teams to ensure deal closure
Support the sales team in achieving overall business targets
Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely closures
Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close high-value opportunities
Regularly track performance metrics and report on target achievement
Required Skills
Strong target-driven mindset with proven sales performance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive deadlines
Experience in Enterprise Sales / Inside Sales / B2B Sales
Strong follow-up and lead conversion ability
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
