Patient Care Coordinator (Reception)
Clion Care - Hair Transplant & Hair Restoration Clinic
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: INR 15,000 - 20,000/month
Experience: Fresher / 0-1 year
About the role
You will be the first point of contact for every patient at our hair transplant clinic. This is not a typical receptionist role. You will manage patient check-ins, pre-surgery coordination, billing, medicine dispensing, inventory, and follow-up scheduling. You will work directly with our doctors and clinical team.
What you will do:
Greet and check-in patients. Manage walk-ins and appointments.
Collect consultation fees, token payments, and surgery balance payments (cash/card/UPI). Daily cash reconciliation.
Coordinate pre-surgery preparation: blood work, patient instructions, reports to surgeon, file completeness.
Dispense prescribed medicines. Explain dosage and side effects to patients.
Manage medicine and PRP kit inventory. Place vendor orders.
Schedule and remind patients for follow-up visits and PRP sessions.
Collect Google reviews from satisfied patients.
Maintain clinic environment: waiting area, supplies, brochures.
Update CRM and Google Sheets daily.
What we need:
Graduate (any stream)
Fluent in Gujarati + Hindi. Basic English.
Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Sheets, billing software (training provided)
Warm, organized, detail-oriented. Not flustered under pressure.
Willing to work 6 days/week, shift-based.
Good to have (not required):
Any clinic, hospital, salon, or customer-facing experience
Billing/POS experience
