Position Overview: This is a commission-based position, with stylists earning 40% of the billed amount for services performed. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, creativity, and a passion for client care. Key Responsibilities: Perform high-quality hair services including cuts, color, styling, and treatments. Consult with clients to understand their preferences and make expert recommendations. Maintain a clean and organized workstation in accordance with health regulations. Stay informed on the latest hair trends and techniques. Build and retain a loyal client base through excellent customer service. Recommend salon products and additional services. Qualifications: Valid Washington State Cosmetology License. Located in Washington State or able to relocate to Washington State. At least 1 year of professional salon experience (Preferred but not required). Friendly and professional demeanor. Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. Compensation: 40% commission on the total billed amount for all services performed. Additional product sales commission opportunities. 100% of tips go directly to the stylist.
