Job Description
As an experienced System Administrator specializing in Oracle Fusion Cloud and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), your role will involve the following key responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments, including configuration, monitoring, and system maintenance.
- Manage user accounts, roles/responsibilities, and access control to ensure security compliance and segregation of duties.
- Monitor system health, application performance, concurrent managers, and background services to guarantee system availability.
- Perform environment administration tasks such as instance configuration, environment cloning coordination, and system parameter management.
- Manage the migration of configuration objects between DEV, TEST, and PROD environments using Oracle tools.
- Export and import EBS configuration objects like Concurrent Programs, Value Sets, Descriptive Flexfields (DFF), Lookups, Request Groups, Menus, Responsibilities, Profile Options, Alerts, and Workflow definitions.
- Utilize tools such as FNDLOAD, Data Pump, and SQL scripts for migrating configuration objects between Oracle EBS environments.
- Provide support for Oracle Fusion configuration migration employing tools like Functional Setup Manager (FSM), configuration packages, and setup data migration.
- Configure and maintain Oracle EBS web access, encompassing the setup and management of Oracle WebLogic / Apache services, external access configuration, and URL security settings.
- Manage and troubleshoot integrations between ERP and external systems using APIs, web services, or file-based interfaces.
- Coordinate and apply Oracle patches, security updates, and quarterly releases following change management procedures.
- Troubleshoot application issues, concurrent program failures, workflow errors, and interface failures.
- Support ERP integrations associated with logistics, banking, and export operations.
- Maintain system documentation, environment configurations, and deployment procedures.
- Ensure ERP environments adhere to security, audit, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate with infrastructure and database teams for backup, recovery, and disaster recovery planning.
Preferred Qualifications
- 58 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud / Oracle EBS system administration.
