As an Associate Business Analyst – Data & Reporting within the Control Management Shared Services team, you will spend each day defining, refining, and delivering data solutions that strengthen quality assurance processes and support informed decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform data analysis by extracting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to generate actionable insights
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications to enable effective solution delivery
- Build and manage datasets from internal data sources to support reporting and operational needs
- Partner with stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery of data and reporting initiatives
- Communicate progress, manage expectations, and proactively highlight risks or issues
- Assess change requests and evaluate impacts across data, systems, and processes
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track performance, progress, and outcomes
- Participate in release activities and communicate updates to stakeholders and technology partners
- Execute core processes including sampling, reporting, and production support to ensure reliability
- Monitor process health and implement controls for early issue detection
- Troubleshoot data, system, and reporting issues, and support testing and validation activities
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
- Experience analyzing complex data and delivering insights to support business decisions
- Strong knowledge of SQL and at least one programming language such as Python, SAS, or R
- Experience working with data visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, or SSRS
- Ability to work with large datasets and relational databases
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to problem-solving
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams
- Commitment to continuous learning and process improvement
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience supporting data or platform migration initiatives
- Familiarity with Agile ways of working
- Understanding of quality assurance processes and lifecycle
- Experience with tools such as Excel, Visio, or Project for analysis and documentation
- Knowledge of collaboration and tracking tools such as SharePoint or Jira
