Country Operations Manager

Job Description: We are a rapidly growing voice chat live streaming platform dedicated to providing high-quality interactive entertainment experiences to users worldwide. To expand our market in India, we are seeking a Country Operations Manager responsible for overall business strategy development, localization operations, content management, and team building in the Indian region.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute operational strategies for the Indian market to drive user growth and revenue increases;

2. Manage local content creators and partners to build a healthy content ecosystem;

3. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and optimize operational plans;

4. Build and lead a local team to ensure efficient business operations

5. Coordinate cross-departmental resources to promote product localization and the implementation of marketing activities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
