Key Responsibilities: -
Content Creation & Video Editing
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for platforms like LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Create engaging content aligned with the firm’s brand and messaging
- Repurpose content across platforms for maximum reach
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish posts consistently across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and professional tone
Lead Generation & Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to generate leads through social media
- Optimize posts and campaigns for engagement and conversions
- Identify trends and opportunities to grow audience and visibility
Brand Alignment & Strategy
- Ensure all content reflects the firm’s brand identity and credibility
- Work closely with the team to understand services and translate them into content
- Suggest content ideas and improvements proactively
Collaboration & Coordination
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., professional video editors if required)
- Support newsletter and LinkedIn content distribution
- Assist with basic reporting and performance tracking
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in social media management (LinkedIn, Youtube & Instagram preferred)
- Strong video editing skills (CapCut or similar tools)
- Understanding of content creation, branding, and storytelling
- Experience with lead generation through social platforms
- Strong communication and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
US shift
Salary- 20-22k (4 hours)
