Key Responsibilities

Contractor Outreach & Communication

  • Reach out to interpreters and contractors via email and other communication channels
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication
  • Follow up with interpreters for documentation, availability, and onboarding steps
  • Respond to queries and maintain communication records

Onboarding & Coordination

  • Support end-to-end onboarding of interpreters
  • Collect and verify required documents and information
  • Ensure all onboarding steps are completed accurately and on time
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure interpreters are ready for assignments

Scheduling & Job Matching

  • Assist in matching interpreters to job requirements
  • Coordinate schedules and availability of interpreters
  • Send scheduling emails and confirmations
  • Ensure timely communication of assignments

Email Management & Scheduling

  • Manage and organize communication related to interpreters
  • Draft and schedule emails for outreach, onboarding, and follow-ups
  • Track responses and ensure timely follow-ups

Job Posting & Candidate Matching

  • Post job opportunities on relevant platforms
  • Screen and organize incoming applications
  • Match candidates to requirements based on predefined criteria

Data Entry & CRM Management

  • Input and maintain accurate data in internal systems (CRM-like database)
  • Update interpreter profiles, availability, and assignment history
  • Ensure data consistency and cleanliness across systems
  • Track key information for reporting and operational use

Administrative Support

  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support operations
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation
  • Support process improvements for better efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in administrative support, coordination, or data entry roles
  • Strong written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and CRM-like systems

US shift

Salary- 20-22k (4 hours)
