Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Power Facility Construction Manager, based in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include overseeing construction activities for power facilities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing budgets, and maintaining project timelines. The Construction Manager will lead a team, enforce quality control, track project progress, and collaborate with various stakeholders to successfully deliver projects within scope, time, and budget.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead teams, delegate tasks effectively, and foster collaboration.
• Budgeting capabilities, including tracking expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
• Expertise in Construction Safety protocols and practices, ensuring compliance with safety standards and procedures at all times.
• Extensive experience in Construction, with the ability to oversee power facility projects and ensure high-quality execution.
• Project Control knowledge for managing schedules, resources, and deliverables, while monitoring project progress to meet deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in power plant or infrastructure construction management is highly advantageous.
