Location: Logistics Yard (Concord, Ontario) - There is no remote/hybrid opportunities for this position.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.
Annual salary: $55,000-$60,000 (CAD) (Based on qualification, skill and experience)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receive and process client work orders.
- Utilize work management system for management (WMS) of client work orders and book locates through the WMS;
- Receive locates and provide to the superintendent for field operations;
- Provide administrative support for payroll, to be processed at head office;
- Receive and process completed work orders from the field operations and bill through the WMS:
- Review billing response from client;
- Provide billing information to the accounting department for final invoicing;
- Review scheduling and completion timelines with superintendent and provide to client;
- Completion and processing of municipal permits;
- Complete additional assignments and responsibilities as requested by Management;
Requirements
- Post-Secondary Education/College Diploma - Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering Technology, or Construction Management seen as an asset
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
- Valid Ontario Driver's License
- Proficient in the English language (written and oral) with strong inter-personal and communication skills
- Strong planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to meet and adhere to deadlines and work under strict time constraints
- Be self-motivated and driven
- Civil construction experience an asset
