Job Description

Small but busy design firm is looking for a organization super star.

Office and computer skills, writing e-mails, fielding calls, organizing deliveries, scheduling, communication with vendors.

Ability to work closely with designer as multitasking assistant.

Must hate clutter and love accomplishing items on checklist.

Responsible, takes initiative, self starter.

Ability to work independently.

We need someone to keep the office running smoothly while we are at client meetings etc.

This job would be a good fit for someone looking for steady party time work with flexibility, possibly someone reentering the work force or a recent graduate. Or could be a good fit for applicant with interior design interest looking for valuable experience.
