Role Summary
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Head to lead business growth for our Employee Benefits practice. The role involves acquiring new corporate clients, driving revenue, managing key relationships, and expanding ClearCover's presence in the Employee Benefits market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Group Medical Insurance (GMC), Group Personal Accident (GPA), and Group Term Life (GTL).
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve revenue targets.
- Build relationships with HR Heads, CHROs, CFOs, Founders, and key decision-makers.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with servicing and claims teams to ensure excellent client experience.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and CRM records.
Desired Profile
- Graduate; MBA preferred.
- 8–15 years of experience in Employee Benefits Insurance, Corporate Insurance Broking, or Employee Benefits Consulting.
- Strong understanding of GMC, GPA, GTL, and corporate insurance solutions.
- Proven track record in corporate sales and business development.
- Excellent networking, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- NIA (National Insurance Academy) certification preferred.
- IRDAI Principal Officer, III, or CII qualifications will be an added advantage.
