Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to manage complex revenue reconciliation, reporting, and refund processes. This role is central to maintaining the financial integrity of the National Firearms Act (NFA), Federal Firearms Licensing Center (FFLC), and Federal Explosives Licensing Center (FELC) revenue streams. Location: Washington, DC Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 8 years of related accounting or finance experience.
• Must demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft (MS) Excel. Must also be knowledgeable in other MS products and Adobe Acrobat/portable-document format (PDF).
• Must be a US Citizen.
• Active Secret clearance preferred, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance is required

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quarterly accrual reports for management review.
• Process and reconcile monthly revenue, including the preparation of the Monthly Accountability Plan (MAP) and corresponding reconciliation reports.
• Manage the Unclaimed Funds process by preparing entries, updating all listing maintenance logs, and updating refund-request packages.
• Reconcile refund requests received against the internal database and official Treasury reports.
• Prepare A-123 selection samples, supporting documents, and related workflows for compliance.
• Obtain and maintain Treasury reports weekly, formatting them into monthly and year-to-date (YTD) files for retention and analysis.
• Review and process all Credit Card refun
