The incumbent is required to work a Monday through Friday eight-hour shift. The incumbent is responsible for delivering direct customer solutions in a friendly and knowledgeable manner, assisting in revenue collection for the Dept of Motor Vehicle and Town of Dumfries, as well as handling tax billing and other services.
