Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Degree in Building, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
- Must have prior experience in construction sourcing experience ideally in property operator and developer sector
- Minimum 8 - 10+ years of experience, with a significant portion spent in a consultancy or professional service provider environment.
- Deep experience in Indian Real Estate markets, with specific knowledge of GST/e-invoicing, MSME regulations, and local labor/material market rates.
Technical Competencies:
- Proven expertise in Two‑Envelope tendering and technical/commercial negotiations.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in bulk pricing models and procurement tools.
- Advanced skills in cost benchmarking, value engineering, and life‑cycle costing.
Behavioural Skills:
- Strong client management capabilities, with the ability to handle demanding stakeholder requirements.
- Agile and adaptable across multiple asset types such as Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Township projects.
- Skilled in conflict resolution, contractor management, and issue escalation to avoid project delays.
