National Sales Marketing Manager

Role Description The National Sales Marketing Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area. This position is responsible for developing and executing national sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen brand positioning. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading sales and marketing teams, setting targets, monitoring performance, and analyzing market trends and competitor activities. The role involves planning and managing campaigns, overseeing key accounts, coordinating with product and operations teams, and preparing reports and forecasts for senior leadership. The National Sales Marketing Manager will also cultivate strategic partnerships, represent the company at industry events, and ensure consistent communication and messaging across all regions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in national-level sales and marketing management, preferably in a technology or manufacturing-related industry.
• Strong skills in sales strategy, market analysis, brand positioning, and campaign planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop diverse teams, manage key accounts, and build long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Comfort with data-driven decision-making, including using CRM tools, sales dashboards, and marketing analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within India as required for client meetings, team reviews, and industry events.
• Ability to work on-site in the Greater Ahmedabad Area and collaborate in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
