We are a Woman-owned, SBA Certified 8(a), and HUBZone company.Job SummaryCinteot is seeking a talented and innovative Graphics Designer/Specialist to join our dynamic Information Technology department. This full-time in-person role is ideal for individuals with a passion for visual communication and a strong background in graphic design. You will be responsible for creating compelling graphics that effectively communicate our brand message and engage our audience.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce high-quality graphics for various media, including print, digital, and multimedia formats.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools to create visually appealing content.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.Required QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or 10 years of equivalent experience).Minimum of five (5) years of recent experience in graphic design or multimedia environment.At least one (1) year of experience handling US classified documents.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite.Desired QualificationsThorough understanding of production and rendering methods.Ability to creatively translate abstract concepts into effective visual forms.Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical terms.Experience working with federal government design and branding standards is a plus.Company CultureAt Cinteot, we foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where creativity thrives.
