CINÉSTATE is a growing real estate media company specializing in high-end listing content for agents, teams, developers, and brands across the GTA. We create cinematic real estate visuals designed to help properties stand out online and generate attention across social media, MLS, and digital campaigns.
We’re currently looking for talented GTA-based real estate photographers/videographers to join our freelance creative team on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for someone who already shoots professionally, enjoys flexible project-based work, and can consistently deliver polished, high-quality content while representing the CINÉSTATE brand professionally on-site.
We are looking for shooters who understand architectural composition, lighting, pacing, cinematic presentation, and luxury branding – not just documentation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Capturing professional real estate photography for residential and commercial listings
- Filming cinematic walkthrough videos and social-first vertical content
- Capturing aerial/drone footage for listings and marketing campaigns
- Working directly with agents, homeowners, and clients on-site
- Managing shoots independently while maintaining CINÉSTATE creative standards
- Uploading and organizing footage after shoots
- Traveling throughout the GTA for scheduled projects
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing real estate, architectural, or luxury-focused work (portfolio link required)
- Ability to professionally shoot both photography and video content
- Professional camera gear suitable for real estate media production
- Wide-angle lens suitable for interior real estate photography
- Experience capturing architectural details, textures, materials, and cinematic close-up compositions
- Experience with gimbals and stabilized cinematic video shooting
- Drone capability (drone license/certification preferred)
- Ability to capture and deliver high-quality 4K 60fps video
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, framing, camera movement, and cinematic presentation
- Strong understanding of vertical/social-first framing preferred
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the GTA
- Flexible part-time availability, including occasional evenings/weekends
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professional client communication
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within professional delivery timelines
Preferred Assets
- Experience shooting luxury real estate
- Strong understanding of luxury branding and presentation
- Experience creating cinematic walkthrough videos and social-first content
- FPV drone experience
- Matterport, HomeOnTour, or 3D tour experience
- Editing experience in Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or Final Cut
- Experience working with real estate agents, builders, designers, or developers
