Role Overview
As a Business Development Executive Experience Centre, you will serve as the first
point of contact for prospective clients and walk-in visitors. Your primary responsibility is to deliver a
premium brand experience, understand customer needs, provide tailored product and service
consultations, and generate qualified leads that drive business growth. You will work closely with internal
sales, CRM, and channel partner teams to ensure seamless lead conversions and long-term client
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Conversion
- Engage with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and qualify them for business
opportunities.
- Conduct impactful product/service presentations, demonstrations, and experience walkthroughs.
Convert footfall into qualified leads and nurture them until closure in coordination with the sales or
channel partner team.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build strong rapport with visitors and sustain long-term relationships through regular follow-ups and
CRM engagement.
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions, preferences, and feedback in CRM
tools.
- Represent the brand as an ambassador, ensuring every visitor receives a consistent and premium
Floor.Estate experience.
3. Sales Support & Coordination
- Coordinate with the Sales, CRM, and Channel Partner teams to ensure timely lead handover and
smooth closure processes.
- Share customer insights with management to support product improvements, experience
enhancements, and marketing strategies.
- Assist with sales documentation, proposal sharing, appointment scheduling, and follow-up
communications.
4. Customer Experience & Brand Representation
- Offer personalized assistance and need-based recommendations through detailed product/service
consultations.
- Adhere to brand messaging guidelines, communication tone, grooming standards, and customer
interaction protocols.
- Participate in floor walks, experience mapping, and in-centre event activations.
5. Client Visits & Field Engagement
- Conduct scheduled and follow-up visits to prospective clients at their preferred locations to build trust
and accelerate decision-making.
- Represent Floor.Estate professionally during site visits, property walkthroughs, and client meetings
outside the Experience Centre.
- Gather on-ground feedback from client visits and share actionable insights with the internal team for
continuous improvement.
6. Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain daily and weekly reports tracking footfall, lead generation, conversion ratios, and follow-up
statuses.
- Utilize CRM dashboards and lead trackers as prescribed by management.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in real estate sales, business development, or channel sales (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Excellent persuasion, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with a disciplined approach to follow-ups and closures.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and maintain thorough documentation.
Willingness to work on weekends (Saturday & Sunday are working days).
- Comfortable with occasional travel as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
