Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

Payroll: Third Party Payroll (Ciel HR Services) (12 Months Renewable)

Working Days: 6 Days

Note: Travelling Profile within Rajkot location

Roles and responsibilities:

• Visiting Supplier for inspection, expediation, final parts and provding clearance of dispatch, tracking the action plan and identifying risk of supply if any.
• Reduce supplier defects: Identifying process gaps & creating new one where needed to improvements at Internal & External Stakeholders.
• Use data, onsite evaluation and industrial knowledge to identify opportunities for supplier performance improvements.
• Response to urgent & critical quality issues and resolve. Onsite at supplier facility for extended periods.
• Should be able to build the APQP file-
• Control plan
• Process flow chart
• Ballon drawing
• Inspection check list
• Follow Up on the goin
• Root Cause Analysis: Competence in root cause analysis methodologies, such as Six Sigma or 5M
