Job Objective:

To provide on-site operational and technical support for wire manufacturing processes, ensuring smooth machine functioning, basic troubleshooting, and continuous production with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and support various wire manufacturing machines at client site
• Assist in machine setup, changeovers, and routine operations
• Perform basic troubleshooting and support maintenance activities
• Ensure smooth running of machines to achieve production targets
• Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities
• Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams for issue resolution
• Maintain daily production and machine reports
• Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Hands-on experience in wire/cable manufacturing operations
• Basic knowledge of machine handling and troubleshooting
• Understanding of production processes and safety practices
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and on-site environment
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team

Qualification & Experience:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
• Minimum 1 to 6 years of relevant experience in machine operation/support
