Platform Operations Manager - Finance Tech

Lead operational excellence within the Treasury Technology sector as our Platform Operations Manager. This position centers around managing technical support and ensuring data integrity in finance solutions. Reporting to the Director of Treasury Technology, you'll be responsible for the operational stability of the Treasury Risk System environment.

Your tasks will involve overseeing ETL processes, managing data feeds between upstream and downstream systems, and guiding reporting analytics using SQL and Python. You will play a key role in implementing best practices for version control and change management, while also working closely with technology teams and stakeholders to achieve platform enhancements and compliance. Your expertise will be invaluable in advising on future system capabilities and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct daily ETL and data synchronization activities
• Ensure seamless service restoration through incident management
• Maintain documentation and operational controls
• Manage reporting analytics with technical oversight
• Evaluate and support integrations with various platforms Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
• 5+ years in IT operations in the financial sector
• Experience with SQL, Databricks, and relevant technologies
• Proficient in Python, reporting tools, and data governance
