Lead client engagement and operational success as the Director of Client Operations at CIBC Mellon. You’ll ensure client satisfaction and manage complex operational needs across multiple teams. With over ten years of experience in financial services, you will oversee client operations management, drive executive relationships, and mentor Associate Directors. Your expertise will help shape operational strategies and influence enterprise policies. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main contact for complex client operational matters
- Foster strong client relationships aligned with business goals
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs for key accounts
- Implement operational controls and risk management strategies
- Collaborate with the business development team on client opportunities Requirements:
- 10+ years in a financial institution
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree required
- Advanced degrees or designations are assets
- Proven ability in financial services navigation
