About This Role
Kaaiser, a leading global student recruitment and admissions firm within the Manifest Global group, is hiring Regional Partnerships Managers, Tamil Nadu across key high-growth markets in India. This specific position is for the Tamil Nadu region based in Chennai. This role is critical to Kaaiser's expansion strategy and are among the most important commercial hires in the organization.
As a Regional Partnerships Manager, you will own and grow the student recruitment revenue for your assigned region, driving Kaaiser's presence across major education hubs. You will lead market development in your territory, acquiring and activating high-potential agents, building strategic relationships, and ensuring strong funnel movement from leads to applications to successful outcomes.
This is a senior individual contributor role, designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced, field-focused environments and brings strong B2B sales instincts. You will act as the face of Kaaiser in your region, spending most of your time on the ground with partners and owning the performance, pipeline, and business expansion across your territory. You will work closely with Kaaiser's leadership and cross-functional teams across Manifest Global portfolio companies. As the regions scale, this role will have opportunities to grow into larger market responsibilities and leadership pathways.

What You Will Be Doing
- Own & Grow Regional Revenue
- Take full ownership of revenue and student application targets for your region or city cluster.
- Develop and execute a market expansion plan across high-potential areas.
- Track funnel movement rigorously, leads, active agents, applications, and conversions.
- Develop & Grow the Agent Network
- Identify high-quality education agents and onboard them into the Kaaiser ecosystem.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with agents through regular field visits and high-touch engagement.
- Conduct product demos, training sessions, and performance reviews with partner agents.
- Lead Field Execution & On-Ground Growth
- Spend ~80% of your time in the field, visiting agents, running activation meetings, hosting events, and nurturing relationships.
- Identify region-wise opportunities, gaps, and competitor activity, and translate insights into action.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Kaaiser's Partner Success and Operations teams to ensure smooth application processing for students.
- Coordinate with Marketing for regional events, campaigns, and visibility initiatives.
- Provide continuous market feedback to leadership on trends, risks, and new opportunities.
- Be a Trusted Growth Partner
- Act as Kaaiser's regional ambassador, representing the brand with maturity, professionalism, and strategic depth.
- Drive high satisfaction, transparency, and trust with all agent partners.
About You
- Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (any field).
- MBA is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience
- 6–8 years of total experience, with minimum 2 years in B2B Sales or Study-Abroad Sales.
- Strong preference for candidates with:
- Agent network experience.
- Study abroad / overseas education / higher-ed industry exposure.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
