Role Description This full-time, on-site Preschool Teacher role is based at Chutti Chuvadi DayCare & PlaySchool in Tiruppur Taluka. The Preschool Teacher will plan and conduct daily learning activities, including circle time, storytelling, art, music, and play-based learning that support early childhood development. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing the classroom, implementing the curriculum, observing and documenting children’s progress, and maintaining a safe, clean, and inclusive environment. The teacher will communicate regularly with parents or guardians, provide feedback on children’s social, emotional, and academic development, and collaborate with other staff members to coordinate events and activities. The role also involves guiding children in basic routines, fostering positive behavior, and promoting respect, empathy, and independence.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Early Childhood Education and familiarity with Kindergarten-level learning needs.
• Ability to design and implement age-appropriate Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
• Prior experience as a preschool or kindergarten teacher, daycare educator, or similar role is preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Education, or a related field.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with young children in a multicultural setting.
• Basic classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a safe, hygienic learning environment.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and adapt to the school’s teaching methods and policies.
