Job Title: Mixologist / Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standards.
• Create and suggest cocktails based on guest preferences.
• Ensure bar cleanliness, hygiene, and proper setup.
• Manage stock, reduce wastage, and follow portion control.
• Provide excellent guest service and upsell premium drinks.
• Follow liquor laws and company policies.

Requirements

• 2–5 years experience in a reputed bar or restaurant.
• Knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar operations.
• Good communication and grooming standards.
• Mixology certification preferred.
