Zillow Realtor - Company Provided Leads & Appointments

Are you an experienced real estate professional? Are you looking to enter the real estate industry for the first time? The Colgan Team is looking for both new and experienced real estate sales professionals to join our rapidly growing team.

New licensed agents that join The Colgan Team are consistently closing 2-3 real estate transactions a month with leads that we provide. The Colgan Team is partnered directly with Zillow which is the largest real estate marketplace in the world. Our agents receive Zillow Flex leads directly from Zillow after completing specific training.

We provide the training and support to help you take these leads and open contracts. We provide intensive onboarding to help you learn all the systems and begin closing 2-3 deals per month. Some of our agents closed 10, 11 and even 12 deals in a month. The Colgan Team offers continued education 24/7, that way our licensed agents are always sharp and improving their game to beat the competition.

Responsibilities

• List and sell residential real estate.
• Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
• Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
• Maintain your Real Estate License

Pay: $88,510.42 - $600,000.00 per year
