Role Description
- Manage Firewalls, Routers, and Access Points
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity issues
- Administer Google Workspace (G-Suite) users, storage, and configurations
- Provide helpdesk support for Bal Bharati Connect ERP Platform and Gradebook systems
- Conduct AWS health checks and monitoring
- Maintain IT call logs and support tracking
- Monitor the Drupal-based CES website
What We’re Looking For
- 5-10 years experience in IT administration or infrastructure support
- Strong knowledge of network systems and Google Workspace administration
- Familiarity with AWS monitoring and IT helpdesk operations
- Ability to support school IT teams and troubleshoot system issues
