Role Description

These roles are full-time, on-site role based in Winnipeg for Assistant & Store Managers. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, implement retail loss prevention strategies, and manage a team to meet or exceed sales goals. Responsibilities also include coordinating and training staff, maintaining product inventory, and fostering a positive and motivated work environment.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities
Experience in Store Management and team leadership
Understanding and implementation of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
Organizational and time management skills to effectively oversee operations
Proven ability to motivate and develop a team
Experience in the retail or beauty industry is a plus
Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings
