Role Description
These roles are full-time, on-site role based in Winnipeg for Assistant & Store Managers. You will oversee daily store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, implement retail loss prevention strategies, and manage a team to meet or exceed sales goals. Responsibilities also include coordinating and training staff, maintaining product inventory, and fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Excellent verbal and written Communication abilities
- Experience in Store Management and team leadership
- Understanding and implementation of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
- Organizational and time management skills to effectively oversee operations
- Proven ability to motivate and develop a team
- Experience in the retail or beauty industry is a plus
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings
