Accounts Payable Specialist I

As an employee at Chart Industries, your role will involve analyzing, verifying, and processing T&E expenses in a timely manner. You will be responsible for ensuring proper coding is selected for expenses and working with employees on expense issues. Additionally, you will assist in providing credit cards to qualified employees and managing department inboxes. Your attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing, verifying, and processing T&E expenses promptly.
• Ensuring proper coding is selected for expenses.
• Working with employees to address expense issues.
• Assisting in providing credit cards to eligible employees.
• Managing department inboxes and overseeing Concur/KDS activities.
• Reviewing and verifying audits within Concur/KDS to ensure adherence to the Travel and Expense Policy.
• Developing and implementing procedures for T&E travel expense and credit card management in alignment with company policies.
• Assisting with various projects and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Qualifications Required:

• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Excel for data sorting and spreadsheet maintenance.
