What You’ll Do

• Review and contact existing Home & Auto clients to offer Life & Health solutions
• Prospect, build pipeline, and follow up to generate appointments
• Conduct sales conversations and close Life & Health product policies
• Maintain accurate activity/production tracking and report progress toward quotas
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process

What We’re Looking For:

• Driven to Succeed: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about helping others. Candidates must have the drive and personal discipline to complete monthly quotas. If you’re the type of person who thrives on targets and follows through—this is for you.
• Sales Savvy: Proven success in sales, customer service, or business development
• People Person: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport.
• Tech-Smart: Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital tools to manage clients and prospects.

What You Must Have

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience with proven results
• Active Life & Health insurance license is mandatory
• Actively licensed to sell in the DMV (DC/MD/VA)
• Strong self-management skills (you run your pipeline and follow up)
• Coachable, consistent, and comfortable working toward measurable quotas

Pay: $30,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
