Senior Visual Merchandiser - Oakridge Park

Summary

Senior Visual Merchandiser responsible for supporting the Oakridge Park boutique with additional contributions to Vancouver and Calgary locations. Lead creative visual storytelling and in-boutique displays to ensure an elevated, on-brand client experience. Collaborate with retail and VM leadership, train boutique teams, and execute strategic VM plans that reinforce brand presentation and cohesion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement VM strategies and boutique-specific executions aligned with overall merchandising plans.
• Create and maintain high-standard in-boutique and window displays, including frequent rotations and strategic planning.
• Train and mentor boutique staff and management on visual merchandising guidelines and best practices.
• Manage VM props and tools inventory, ensuring proper storage and efficient stock management.
• Travel across Canada regularly, with more frequent travel to Calgary; overnight work required.

Requirements

• 6+ years of visual merchandising experience with strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
• Proven mentoring, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and adaptability.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, travel frequently, and perform overnight work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and SketchUp is a plus.
