Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a SEO and Ads Expert based in the Pune Division. The SEO and Ads Expert will manage and optimize search engine campaigns, including on-page improvements, keyword targeting, and performance tracking. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring Google Ads and other paid campaigns to maximize ROI, while aligning strategies with client goals. Daily responsibilities include conducting SEO audits, analyzing web analytics data, refining ad copy and targeting, coordinating with the creative and social media teams, and preparing performance reports with actionable recommendations. The ideal candidate will proactively identify growth opportunities and ensure all campaigns follow best practices and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong SEO skills, including Keyword Research and On-Page SEO.
• Candidates should possess technical optimization skills, including SEO Audits and Link Building.
• Candidates should possess analytical skills, including Web Analytics and performance measurement.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing Google Ads and other paid search or social campaigns.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including conversion tracking, CTR, CPC, and ROI.
• Ability to interpret data, generate clear reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with creative and social media teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in an agency environment and familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Ads Manager is preferred.
