Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

We are looking for a skilled Platform/DevOps Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or system administration. The role involves building, deploying, and maintaining scalable infrastructure for graph database platforms such as Neo4j while ensuring reliability, security, and performance of the platform.

The candidate will work closely with development and infrastructure teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, observability integrations, and automation solutions. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, knowledge of cloud platforms, Kubernetes ecosystems, and monitoring tools, and a proactive mindset to support mission-critical applications.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using DevSecOps best practices and Git-based workflows.

Deploy and manage containerized workloads using Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm.

Provide DevOps and platform support for graph database applications, including Neo4j deployment, upgrades, configuration, and maintenance.

Develop automation scripts and operational tooling to improve platform efficiency and reliability.

Integrate systems with monitoring, observability, and logging platforms.

Troubleshoot infrastructure and application issues related to networking, storage, load balancing, and security configurations.

Analyze logs, metrics, and alerts to identify root causes and implement solutions.

Maintain documentation for platform architecture, operational procedures, and best practices.

Support incident management, problem resolution, and system reliability improvements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build secure, scalable, and reliable platform environments.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Must Have Skills

3–4 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or System Administration.

Experience deploying and managing Neo4j databases or similar applications.

Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and Helm.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitLab pipelines.

Knowledge of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools like AppDynamics.

Experience with logging and observability tools such as Splunk.

Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls).

Knowledge of load balancing concepts (application and network).

Understanding of security fundamentals including TLS, certificates, and secrets management.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Good to Have Skills

Experience with Kubernetes distributions such as RKE or OpenShift.

Exposure to GCP or other cloud platforms.

Experience with Container Storage Interface (CSI) implementations such as Portworx CSI (PX-CSI).

Familiarity with API gateways and API management platforms.

Experience with automation scripting or AI-based operational automation.

Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security integration in CI/CD pipelines.

Strong documentation and collaboration skills.
