Job Description

As a Sales Manager- Toolmaker and Private Label (APAC) at CERATIZIT, your role will involve designing and implementing a regional growth strategy for APAC. Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • Up to 10 years of senior-level B2B sales experience
  • Strong technical understanding of machining processes and technical products in the tooling or metalworking industry
  • Proven track record in leading and developing international sales teams
  • Experience in building and implementing new structures
  • Ability to analyze market and customer data, derive strategic insights, and implement innovative sales concepts
  • Excellent communication skills, customer orientation, and motivation to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of an Asian language is a plus
