Job Description
Responsibilities
· Makes sure safety is the number one priority
· Plays an active role in INVENTORY CONTROL AND MANAGEMENT
· Manages their direct reports and ensures all employees are working efficiently and at high levels at all times
· Manages the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and supplies
· Maintains constant and accurate logistics-related communication with the Operations Manager and other logistics staff
· Constantly communicates with the Operations Manager on what is needed in the warehouse
· Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments
· Maintains a clean and organized warehouse all the time
· Quickly ensures trucks are loaded/unloaded and makes sure all inventory is at their right location
· Engages drivers with a positive attitude
· Performs various physical duties as assigned
· Moves skids, boxes, shells, etc. around the warehouse
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements and Skills:
· Leadership qualities
· Very hands-on with a can-do attitude
· Ability to strategically deal with conflict
· Ability to use a pump truck, drive a forklift and reach truck
· Ability to read labels and follow instructions
· High attention to detail
· Workdays are between Monday and Friday. May occasionally work on Saturdays
· “Do it Right the First Time” mentality
· Team player

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour
