Job Description
Duties
- Assist with property research, market analysis, and compiling relevant data to support sales strategies.
- Manage online listings and update property information on platforms such as MLS and other real estate websites.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings, open houses, and client appointments.
- Support marketing efforts through email campaigns, social media management (including Facebook Advertising), and content creation using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Optimize online presence using SEO best practices and monitor website traffic via Google Analytics.
- Prepare marketing materials including flyers, virtual tours, and digital advertisements.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as document organization, data entry, and maintaining client databases.
- Support sales activities by tracking leads, following up with clients, and assisting in negotiations when necessary.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and Email Marketing strategies.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for designing marketing materials.
- Knowledge of research techniques relevant to real estate markets.
- Familiarity with sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM).
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients, vendors, and team members.
